These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of DrivRE, a real estate operating system for solo agents ("DrivRE," "we," "us," "our"). DrivRE is operated as a sole proprietorship based in California. By creating an account or using DrivRE, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use DrivRE.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding agreement to use DrivRE. If you use DrivRE on behalf of a business, you represent that you have the authority to accept these Terms for it.
The service
DrivRE helps solo real estate agents manage their contacts, deals, and content in one place, including features that draft messages and surface suggested actions. DrivRE is currently offered as a private beta. Features may be added, removed, or adjusted as the product develops.
Your account
You sign in to DrivRE using Google or Microsoft. You are responsible for the activity that happens under your account and for keeping your access secure. Please notify us promptly at support@drivre.ai if you believe your account has been used without your permission.
Your data
You own the contacts, deals, content, and other information you put into DrivRE. You grant us the limited permission needed to store and process that information in order to provide the service to you. We do not claim ownership of your data and we do not sell it. How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Acceptable use
You agree to use DrivRE lawfully and responsibly. You will not:
- use DrivRE to send unlawful, deceptive, harassing, or unsolicited bulk messages;
- violate any law that applies to your outreach, including real estate, advertising, email, and telemarketing rules;
- attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service;
- use DrivRE to store or send content you do not have the right to use.
You are responsible for the messages you send through DrivRE and for the communications laws that apply to them.
AI features
DrivRE uses AI to assist you, for example by drafting messages in your voice and suggesting next steps. AI assists; it does not act on its own. You are responsible for reviewing anything DrivRE drafts before you send it. AI output can be inaccurate or imperfect, and you should not rely on it as legal, financial, or other professional advice.
For listing copy specifically, DrivRE drafts to federal Fair Housing standards and common MLS practice, and reports the adjustments it makes. It cannot account for the advertising rules of your particular MLS, state, or brokerage. Reviewing copy against those rules before you publish it is part of your responsibility as the licensee.
Third-party services
DrivRE works with third-party services, including Google and our AI provider. Your use of those connections is also subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.
Beta and availability
DrivRE is provided during beta on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted or error free, or that any feature will remain available.
Disclaimers
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrivRE is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use DrivRE at your own risk.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DrivRE and its operator will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or business, arising out of or related to your use of DrivRE. Our total liability for any claim relating to the service will not exceed the greater of the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred dollars.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DrivRE and its operator from claims arising out of your use of the service, the content or messages you send through it, or your violation of these Terms or any law.
Termination
You may stop using DrivRE at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the service. You can request deletion of your account by contacting support@drivre.ai.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date above, and we will communicate material changes through the app or by email where appropriate. Continuing to use DrivRE after a change takes effect means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute relating to these Terms or to DrivRE will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Santa Cruz County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
